Exchange and Returns

Exchange and returns are valid for the following situations:

  1. Wrong item/size sent  
  2. Defect/Damaged Item sent

To process an exchange, please drop us an email at to communicate. A snapshot of item is required for review.

Upon approval, we will send the exact item ordered to you when we receive the wrong/defected item.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange/returns based on assessment of the product shown to us.

For exchanges made for the above situations, shipping costs for replacement item and for returned item will be borne by us.

Please furnish us with your receipt so that we can reimburse back to you the shipping fee you incurred. (*we will only bear the shipping fee and not the cost for stationery used i.e envelope)



In the case where you ordered a wrong size and wish to change for a right size, we are happy to do the exchange for you. However, shipping fee (both ways) will be borne by you.

Kindly communicate with us the design to check if size exchange is applicable.

Upon approval, we will send you the instruction to send the item back to us for adjustment. 

Please note that for Size Exchange, shipping fee incurred both ways will be borne by you.

For us to mail item back to you, shipping fee has to be made to us via paypal or ibanking transfer: Normal Mail - SGD$1.00, Registered Mail - SGD$3.00

For returning mail, we will highly advise you to mail it back via Registered Mail so that we can track the parcel that is being returned back to us.

We will not be held responsible for any lost returned mail.

Please note that ALL Exchanges are valid for:

  • 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • items in brand new, unworn and original condition. We will not be able to process any exchange for used/worn items/ items not in original condition.

In the event that the item is not available for exchange,  you can request for exchange of other items or stored credit for future purchase.

All items are non refundable in cash, but we can offer store credits for future purchase.



We take pride in our work and designs and strive to only deliver the best to you. We are sorry if your jewellery malfunctioned shortly after purchasing.

Within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to repair or send a replacement piece to you.

Pictures of malfunctioned piece has to be provided accordingly for us to assess the condition of the item before we proceed with the repair or replacement.

Wear and tear /tarnishing due to individual's use and care does not qualify as defect. We reserve the rights to determine if a replacement or repair can be provided on a case by case basis.
